Milani Eyeshadow Primer (7USD, 15AUD) goes on nude and dries invisibly. I have used other ‘expensive’ eyeshadow primers in the past, and so far nothing lives up to this cheap, drugstore brand. This primer is thick, creamy and a tad bit tacky (which is good because it helps with the staying power!) and you need only the smallest amount. It’s recommend to wait 30 seconds after applying so it can dry ‘invisibly’. I have quite fair skin and when it dries you can see only the slightest tint of colour but doesn’t look crazy especially when eyeshadow is popped over the top. I’ve tested this primer over a few days with different coloured eyeshadows and different brands and have noticed creasing after the 8 hour mark which seems to be normal. The only downside to this product is that it won’t help make a lot of eyeshadows brighter which may bother some. As a cheap drugstore option, I love it.
